Describe your collection's theme.: My collection is fresh, minimalistic and modern. I was inspired by simplistic modern architecture, and my collection is perfect for a strong modern woman who is aspiring to live a strong but minimal lifestyle

What is your favorite part of the design process?: My favorite part is the first phase of designing the collection, brainstorming, researching, coming up with different concepts and sketching different ideas and techniques for the collection.

What are you inspired by?: I’m inspired by architecture, art and culture!

Who is your favorite designer?: I don’t have one specific designer that I like the best. There’s so many good ones that I like for different specific reasons. However, I do like brands like Celine, Calvin Klein, and The Row. It’s the aesthetic that I’m intrigued by.

What is your dream job?: Having my own label and creating garments people love to wear because they feel beautiful, unstoppable and inspired to be the best version of themselves, all because they look and feel good.

Any hobbies outside of fashion design?: I have a fashion and lifestyle blog, that I love! I give style tips as well as other fashion and life content. I also am a freelance stylist. These are like Bobbies to me because I love it so much and it’s a blast.

What are your plans after graduation?: I plan on studying abroad in the summer. Somewhere in Europe, maybe Paris. I also plan on working for a company based in either Dallas or New York.

What have you learned/any advice for other fashion design students?: My advice for fashion design students is to never give up, and to have a lot of patience. I would also tell someone interested in fashion design to dabble in all different sides of the fashion industry, not just designing so that you have a better understanding of the industry you’ll eventually be working in.
