At an early age, I wanted to become a Fashion Designer. I can recall many amazing stories my mom would share about the beautiful memories of clothing that she received as a child from my great grandmother who sewed by hand, not machine. My family has a long line of people who loved to sketch and sew, which they did out of necessity. Opportunities to pursue my family’s talent as a career were not possible. I’m finally making strides toward pursuing this long-time family interest in creating fashion. My passion is to ultimately bring a spark of confidence in people's lives through the form of art. To dare to be different, as different is what makes us beautiful. With my line, I work to raise the bar and blur the line between art and personality. Over the next five years I plan to develop my own line that pushes these same limits, while improving my craft every step of the way. I plan to be very well rounded in the fashion industry.
